Overview

These policies add to the main governing policies specified in the Agreement, Terms and Conditions document, and apply specifically for the private presale purchase process.

Presale Refunds

Non approved sales are refunded minus transaction fees and a 10% restocking fee to discourage bad order spam. Causals for the cancelation of your order include but are not limited to:

  • Incorrect or outdated contact info.
  • Regular jurisdictional restrictions.
  • Forged or non verifiable documents.
  • Inconsistencies with wallet addresses.
  • Flagged or custodial addresses.
  • Failing to whitelist an address.
  • Issues reported by our payment processor.
  • Use of location tampering like TOR, VPNs and Proxies.

All approved sales are final. We offer no refunds on delivered assets directly. The new owner is free to trade the assets on a secondary market or exchange the tokens in the DAO at presale value.

Exchanges

Tokens are fungible so no exchanges are supported.

Airdrops and bounties

Tokens delivered from airdrops and campaigns are not covered by returns or refunds.
